• Write invitation email, welcome email and acceptance email

• Create Podio form to record potential artists to target

• Research to find 60+ artists

• Send invitations to 60 artists by October 5

• Send follow up emails

• Deadline to apply October 24

• Upload all pieces to Shopify by November 10

• Send artists names of items sold and collectors contact info by November 18

• Collect shipping receipts before releasing payment

• Create Podio form for artists to upload image of shipping receipts

• Pay all artists by November30

• Send thank you email to each artist

• Send thank you email to each collector
